About

Who We Are

HealthXperts is a UK-based fitness resource for people who train at home, with minimal equipment, limited time, and no interest in gym culture. Every article is written using current research and official health guidance, and designed to be actionable straight from your living room floor.

What We Believe

You don’t need a gym membership, a personal trainer, or expensive equipment to build real strength and improve your health. A single pair of dumbbells, 20 minutes of focused work, and the right information can change your body and your confidence. We exist to provide that information, clearly, honestly, and without the noise.

Our Approach

We check our claims against published research and official UK health guidance before anything goes live. Where the evidence is strong, we say so. Where it’s mixed or still emerging, we say that too, instead of pretending everything is settled science.

Our baseline is UK health guidance (NHS, NICE, the Chief Medical Officers’ recommendations), backed up with findings from sports science and exercise physiology research.

Who Writes This

HealthXperts is run by Garey Brown. Not a personal trainer, not a sports scientist, just someone who does his own workouts at home with a pair of dumbbells and got tired of fitness content that’s either too complicated or trying to sell you something. Every article is checked against real sources and official guidance before it goes up.

Affiliate Disclosure

Some articles contain affiliate links to products we genuinely recommend (primarily dumbbells and basic home training equipment via Amazon UK). If you buy through these links, we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never influences our recommendations, we only link to products we’d use ourselves.

Our Corrections Policy We do our best to check every claim before it goes live, but mistakes happen. If you spot an error, an outdated price, a broken link, or a claim that does not match the source, let us know at info@healthxperts.net. We will review it, correct it if needed, and note the update at the bottom of the article. Getting it right matters more than looking right.
